sage

garlic powder

onion powder

cayenne pepper

Paprika

tbsp
low fat parmesan cheese
Instructions
Break up the pork into a bowl and mix in the spices thoroughly.
Form into patties and place in a hot skillet (add a small amount of olive oil to coat the pan).
Cook thoroughly on both sides.
If the patties are thicker, finish off in a 300 degree oven for 8-10 minutes. Be careful not to dry them out.
