Ingredients

cups
cauliflower, steamed and shredded

tbsp
shredded parmesan cheese

tbsp
butter
1
large egg
1/4
tsp
onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425 °F.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
With a teaspoon scoop a tater size spoon full and shape into the perfect tater.
Refrigerate tots for 10 minutes or until firm.
Bake for approx. 18 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Enjoy!
