Keto Jalapeno Popper Fat Bomb
Spicy, creamy, and full of healthy fats, this is one of my favourite keto fat bomb recipes. Who doesn’t love bacon and cream cheese?

Ingredients

Oz
cream cheese
3
Strips
bacon
1
jalapeno
Chopped
1/2
Tsp
Parsley
Dried
1/4
Tsp
onion powder
1/4
Tsp
garlic powder
salt and pepper
To taste
Instructions
Fry three slices of bacon until it is very crisp. Set aside.
Remove the jalapeno seeds and chop the pepper into small pieces.
Mix together cream cheese, jalapeno pepper, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Crumble bacon and add to mixture.
Roll into one inch balls, serve, and enjoy!
Recipe Notes
For added heat, double the amount of jalapeno in the recipe.
