Instructions
In a large bowl mix, butter, cream, stevia, salt, eggs and vanilla.
In another bowl, combine coconut flour and baking powder.
Combine the wet ingredients with the dry.
Lightly oil skillet and heat over medium heat.
Add large tablespoons of batter to the skillet and cook until golden.
