Low Carb Stuffing with Cranberries and Walnuts
Low carb stuffing is a perfect side dish for your Keto Thanksgiving turkey dinner. In less than 30 minutes, you can stuff your bird with this flavourful filling – minus the carbs.

  1. Wash and chop celery and onion into fine pieces.
  2. Heat a large pan to medium-high and add butter, onion, and celery.
  3. Cook for 10 minutes or until browned.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cranberreis, walnuts, almond flour, ground pork, lemon juice, thyme, salt and pepper.
  5. Add the browned butter, onion, and celery to the large bowl and mix all ingredients.
  6. Stuff turkey with the mixture and cook according to the weight of your turkey. (A 10lb turkey is typically cooked for at least three hours.)
