Ingredients

cup
raw cailiflower
broken into very small pieces
1-1/2
tsp
mayonnaise
sugar-free
1/2
tsp
cider vinegar
optional

pinch
salt
1
pinch
pepper
1/3
tsp
stevia
1
tsp
dijon
mustard
2
tbs
celery
thinly sliced

tbs
bell pepper
chopped
2
tsp
onion
chopped

tsp
carrot
grated

tbsp
salad olives
Instructions
Steam cauliflower until tender, but not mushy
Combine mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt, pepper and sweetener. Mix well (taste to adjust seasoning)
Put cauliflower, celery, carrot, onion, pepper and olives into a bowl. Pour mayo mixture over and combine gently.
Chill overnight, or longer (the longer it sits, the more flavourful the dish will be)
Before serving, add more dressing to preference.
