Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup almonds raw, unsalted
  • 1 chicken breast
  • extra virgin olive oil spray

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Blend your almonds into almond meal and place them in a bowl or on a plate
  3. Slice your chicken into tenders and spray each with a little olive oil spray.
  4. Toss each tender in the almond meal
  5. Place them in the oven for 25 minutes, or until golden brown
  6. Serve and enjoy!
