Ingredients
  

  • 4 tbsp coconut flour
  • 5 eggs separate whites from yolks
  • 4 tbsp granuated stevia
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp milk full fat
  • 1/2 cup butter melted

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, mix the egg yolks, coconut flour, stevia, and baking powder.
  2. Add the melted butter slowly to the flour mixture, mix well to ensure smooth consistency
  3. Add the milk and vanilla to the flour and butter mixture be sure to mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk the egg whites until fluffy.
  5. Gently fold spoons of the whisked egg whites into the flour mixture.
  6. Pour mixture into waffle maker and cook until golden brown.
