Christmas Morning Butter Coffee

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup water
  • 2.5 tbsp coffee
  • 1 tbsp grass-fed butter
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Method
 

  1. Brew a cup of coffee in the way that you prefer. We use a French press, but a coffeemaker, espresso machine, coffee cone, moka pot, or other methods work, too!
  2. Pour the cup of coffee into a blender or food processor. Add the butter, coconut oil, and optional spices. (Tip: use spices such as nutmeg, cardamom, and cloves sparingly—a pinch will do!)
  3. Blend for about 10 seconds. Watch your cup of java become light and velvety-smooth!
  4. Serve hot in a mug and enjoy.
