Ingredients
  

  • 7 Oz coconut butter
  • 1/4 Cup coconut oil
  • 2 Tbsp lemon zest
  • 20 Drops stevia
  • salt To taste

Method
 

  1. Grate the lemons finely.
  2. Combine lemon zest, coconut butter, coconut oil, stevia, and salt in a large bowl and mix until evenly distributed.
  3. Use a mini muffin tray with paper liner and scoop one tablespoon of the mixture into each hole.
  4. Chill in the fridge for 45 - 60 minutes.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
