Method
- In a pot, cook your ground beef. Drain out fat and add ½ teaspoon salt over meat.
- Add peppers and onions and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add tomatoes, water, celery, tomato paste,and spices. Reduce to low-medium heat and let it simmer for 1-2 hours. Be sure to stir every 30 minutes.
- Serve hot and topped with freshly grated cheese.
