Method
- Preheat oven to 350C and line baking tray with parchment paper.
- Lay all bacon slices side by side length wise on the baking pan.
- Layer on top of the bacon slices of ham followed by turkey.
- Spread roasted red pepper hummus on top of the turkey.
- Add slices of provolone cheese on top of hummus.
- Carefully rollup the and place in oven for 10 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
- Once the antipasto creation has cooled down, and cut into 8 bite sized pieces.
