- Wash and slice one raw cucmber.
- Peel and cut pineapple into small chunks.
- Wash and chop romaine lettuce.
- Peel and slice kiwifruit.
- Peel, pit, and slice one ripe avocado.
- Combine water, lettuce, pineapple, cucumber, kiwifruit, avocado, and sugar substitute in a blender.
- Blend all ingredients for 30 seconds or until it reaches your desired consistency.
- Pour into a glass, garnish with a celery stick, and enjoy!
