Breakfast Keto Fat Bomb

These little energy boosts in a ball are savoury, salty, and packed with healthy fats. Keto breakfast fat bombs are the best thing since sliced bread. Give them a try tomorrow morning!

Ingredients

  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/4 Cup butter
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 Slices bacon
  • 1/4 Tsp salt
  • pepper To taste

Instructions

  • Fry the bacon in a pan until crispy. Set aside.
  • Add six cups of water and a pinch of salt to a pot and bring to a boil.
  • Add eggs and boil for 10 minutes.
  • Drain water and chill. Remove the shells.
  • Place eggs in a large bowl with the butter and mash.
  • Add mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
  • Chill in fridge for 25 minutes.
  • Crush bacon into pieces.
  • Roll into one inch balls and coat in bacon bits.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!
