Ingredients

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp liquid stevia

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 300F
  • Combine all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix well with a spoon
  • Grease up your hands with a little butter and roll 15 balls of cookie dough and place on greased baking sheet.
  • Place baking sheet in the heated oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
  • Remove and cool for 5 minutes before enjoying.
