This recipe for blackberry keto fat bombs is a bit different for me because I tend to favour the savory, but it’s just too good to omit from my list of recipes.

Featuring the protein-packed macadamia nuts, you’ll love these bombs for dessert or snack.

Crunchy Blackberry Fat Bomb

Crunchy, fruity, and perfect for your keto diet. Snack on these crunchy blackberry fat bombs during the day for a boost of energy. They also make a great dessert!

Ingredients

  • 20 Macadamia Nuts
  • 5 Oz cream cheese
  • 1 Cup Blackberries
  • 2 Cup coconut butter
  • 1/2 Tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 Tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • Crush macadamia nuts in a bowl with a spoon or in a food processor.
  • Add cream cheese, blackberries, coconut butter, vanulla extract, and lemon juice and mix until smooth.
  • Chill for 25 minutes.
  • Roll into one inch balls, serve and enjoy!
