- 1 Cup Cashew Milk
- 1/2 Cup Ice
- 2 Tbsp 35% cream
- 1/4 Tsp Pumpkin Spice
- 150 g Pumpkin Puree (canned or fresh)
- 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
Instructions
- Combine cashew milk, ice, cream, and pumpkin spice in a blender.
- Blend all ingredients for 30 seconds or until it reaches your desired consistency.
- Pour into a glass, sprinkle with cinnamon, and enjoy!
