Ultimate Detox Smoothie

The classic low-carb smoothie that everyone should try at least once - ultimate detox. This green glass of glory is packed to the brim with fruits and vegetables and it'll leave you feeling like a million bucks. Bottoms up!

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups water
  • 1/2 Cup romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 Cup pineapple chopped
  • 1 Raw cucumber
  • 1/2 Cup kiwifruit
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 Tbsp sugar substitute
  • 1 Stalk celery

Instructions

  • Wash and slice one raw cucmber.
  • Peel and cut pineapple into small chunks.
  • Wash and chop romaine lettuce.
  • Peel and slice kiwifruit.
  • Peel, pit, and slice one ripe avocado.
  • Combine water, lettuce, pineapple, cucumber, kiwifruit, avocado, and sugar substitute in a blender.
  • Blend all ingredients for 30 seconds or until it reaches your desired consistency.
  • Pour into a glass, garnish with a celery stick, and enjoy!
