Ingredients
  

  • 1 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups broccoli, cut into florets
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Method
 

  1. In a large pot, add garlic over medium heat.
  2. Add broccoli, chicken brother, and heavy cream. Cook on high heat to bring to a boil, and reduce heat to medium. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and add cheddar cheese. Stir until completely melted. Serve hot.
