Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp sage
  • 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp low fat parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Break up the pork into a bowl and mix in the spices thoroughly.
  2. Form into patties and place in a hot skillet (add a small amount of olive oil to coat the pan).
  3. Cook thoroughly on both sides.
  4. If the patties are thicker, finish off in a 300 degree oven for 8-10 minutes. Be careful not to dry them out.
