Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp liquid stevia

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 300F
  2. Combine all of the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix well with a spoon
  3. Grease up your hands with a little butter and roll 15 balls of cookie dough and place on greased baking sheet.
  4. Place baking sheet in the heated oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
  5. Remove and cool for 5 minutes before enjoying.

  1. They were so dry, I did the exact recipe to the T. And they didn’t rise up, just stayed a big dry ball….. ????????

  2. I had the same problem. I think these might be better eaten raw. Or add an egg or 2, or, some sour cream, yogurt or almond milk, etc..
