I like to think of this keto smoothie as the healthy version of a chocolate mint milkshake. In only 5 ingredients you can have a nutritious keto-friendly breakfast or snack. Give it a try!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup almond milk
  • 1 Cup ice
  • 1 Scoop chocolate whey protein powder
  • 1/4 tsp mint extract
  • 1 Handful spinach You can also use kale or swiss chard.

Method
 

  1. Combine almond milk, ice, protein powder, mint extract, and spinach in a blender.
  2. Blend all ingredients for 30 seconds or until it reaches your desired consistency.
  3. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

  1. First, per your nutritional information, this contains 700% more carbs than fat. Are you sure you know what “keto” means? Second, how can your nutritional information by correct anyway? Given your ingredients, where could all of those carbs possibly be coming from? What’s going on here? Please advise.

      Thanks for the comment 🙂 Yes I’m aware of what Keto means,I personally lost 28 pounds on a Keto diet.

      I use a calculator that looks up the nutritional information and generates the “card”. You’re right something is clearly wrong with the info pulled, I’ll have a look at the information and update.
