Keep in mind these overnight “oats” are meant to be made in advance. The set time allows the ingredients to sit and mend together. The best part is, your family can easily customize there own meal! With the option for additional toppings, everyone will have a unique breakfast.

There are many variations of this keto-friendly recipe so feel free to mix and match, this particular recipe has a light hint of vanilla. You can enjoy this for breakfast, lunch or even as a small snack. It’s full of nutrients and keeps your macros in check.

Since you can make this ahead of time, you can store it in a closed container for up to 2 days. Just remember to add coconut milk before indulging to get your preferred consistency.

Ingredients
  

  • 2/3 cup coconut milk full fat
  • 1/2 cup hemp hearts
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 drops liquid stevia
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • additional toppings sliced strawberry, banana, blueberry

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix together.
  2. Cover the bowl and refrigerate until the following morning.
  3. The next day, add additional coconut milk until desired consistency is achieved.
  4. Scoop into 2 small bowls and add additional toppings.

  4. It notes 4 servings but last step was to put in 2 bowls and add toppings. making it sound like 2 servings.
