- 1 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions
- In a large pot, add garlic over medium heat.
- Add broccoli, chicken brother, and heavy cream. Cook on high heat to bring to a boil, and reduce heat to medium. Simmer for 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add cheddar cheese. Stir until completely melted. Serve hot.
