- 10 eggs hard boiled
- 1/2 cup bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sun-dried tomatoes oil packed
- 1/3 cup chives chopped
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper

- Peel and cut the hard boiled eggs in half.
- Remove the yolk and place in medium sized bowl.
- Mince the yolk and add in the rest of the ingredients leaving some chives and bacon for garnish.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Pipe or scoop to fill the egg halves with the yolk mixture.
- Sprinkle remaining bacon and chives on the eggs.
- Chill the deviled eggs until serving time.
