Instructions
  1. Peel and cut the hard boiled eggs in half.
  2. Remove the yolk and place in medium sized bowl.
  3. Mince the yolk and add in the rest of the ingredients leaving some chives and bacon for garnish.
  4. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  5. Pipe or scoop to fill the egg halves with the yolk mixture.
  6. Sprinkle remaining bacon and chives on the eggs.
  7. Chill the deviled eggs until serving time.
