Method
- Preheat oven to 350C.
- In a medium bowl, combine chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, garlic and mix evenly.
- In a medium pan, add olive oil, ground beef, and spice mixture over medium heat. Break ground meat into small chunks while cooking. Cook throughly for 10 minutes or until brown.
- Remove from heat and let it side on the side.
- On a baking tray, line with parchment paper and arrange peppers side by side with cut side up.
- Sprinkle ground beef over peppers and shredded cheese.
- Bake for 8 minutes or until cheese has melted.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle tomatoes, jalapeno, and avocado on top. Serve with sour cream!
