Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Cashew Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Ice
  • 2 Tbsp 35% cream
  • 1/4 Tsp Pumpkin Spice
  • 150 g Pumpkin Puree (canned or fresh)
  • 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt

Method
 

  1. Combine cashew milk, ice, cream, and pumpkin spice in a blender.
  2. Blend all ingredients for 30 seconds or until it reaches your desired consistency.
  3. Pour into a glass, sprinkle with cinnamon, and enjoy!

Notes

Like it crunchy? Add a handful of pumpkin seeds!
