Instructions
  1. Wash and chop celery and onion into fine pieces.
  2. Heat a large pan to medium-high and add butter, onion, and celery.
  3. Cook for 10 minutes or until browned.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the cranberreis, walnuts, almond flour, ground pork, lemon juice, thyme, salt and pepper.
  5. Add the browned butter, onion, and celery to the large bowl and mix all ingredients.
  6. Stuff turkey with the mixture and cook according to the weight of your turkey. (A 10lb turkey is typically cooked for at least three hours.)
Recipe Notes
  • Prep your stuffing before taking out the turkey so it’s all ready to go at the same time.
  • Please note that this recipe serves 10 as it is based on a 10lbs turkey.
