- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp sage
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tbsp low fat parmesan cheese

Instructions
- Break up the pork into a bowl and mix in the spices thoroughly.
- Form into patties and place in a hot skillet (add a small amount of olive oil to coat the pan).
- Cook thoroughly on both sides.
