    1. Hi Elaine, that’s a great point, we put together a couple of hundred recipes but we’ll start to add those to the most popular recipes!

      1. that’s an awful lot of work for you – and very generous. I would think people could do their own right from the ingredients

    1. Hi Barbara, there is a Pinterest button just below the recipe and above the nutritional info. Perhaps a little hidden. Pin away!

    1. Hi Wendy,

I’ve never made these in advance so I am unsure how well they would hold up! Let us know if you do freeze them!

  1. I don’t believe the macro is correct – unless an ingredient is missing. I can only find 28g of fat in the whole recipe which breaks down to 7 per serving. No idea where the 33 came from. The carbs look right for 1 serving but the calories should be closer to 100 for 1 serving. The protein listed is about 2 servings or half the recipe.

    1. Hi Jane,
      Thanks for your comment!
We’ve updated our nutritional information and you should find that they are more accurate now.

    2. I know this was posted last year but I wanted to mention that I froze this recipe! Cook them without thawing. You may have to cook them on the stovetop with oil for the same crunchy outside 🙂

    1. Hi Jacquelyn,

The recipe should yield 4 servings, the number per serving could vary depending on how large you make each tater!

    1. Hi Sue,

While they refrigerate, spray an ice cube tray with a little non-stick spray and they can form in there. Mini Muffin tins also work if you’re having trouble keeping them formed!

  2. Made this recipe as a side dish tonight. It was good but not “crispy”. Maybe I didn’t understand how to prepare the cauliflower. I had about 4 cups of fresh cauliflower florets that I steamed for about 10 minutes. Let them cool and then put them in a food processor. Made the rest of the recipe as directed except added some panko as an additional binder. It wan pretty good. Might try it again and roll the little rolls in additional panko for extra crispiness.
