Low Carb Keto Brownies

Low-carb keto diet plans are the best. They are flexible and work within your busy life schedule. Also, you don’t have to be afraid to indulge. These low-carb chocolate keto brownies are totally keto-friendly.

You don’t have to starve yourself or cut out your chocolate cravings – you just satisfy them with a smart low-carb snack. Let’s face it, sometimes we are just craving a big old brownie, and that’s ok. We have this delicious recipe that will fit within your daily macros.

In this recipe we use almond flour. Almond flour is a super food, it’s low-carb and far more nutritious than most other flours you can find. Almond flour is a great choice for my family because it’s far more nutritious than typical starchy gluten-free flours such as rice, corn, and potato.

But swapping out a few ingredients and adding some extra nuts for protein, you’ve turned a guilty pleasure into a low-carb keto approved snack!

    1. Hi Tamara,

The Nutritional values have been added!
Hope this helps out. Let us know if you have any further questions.

  1. Your instructions list using coffee in the recipe but it isn’t listed in the ingredients. Can you update with the amount needed please?

  2. My children and I made this recipe as close as possible. The almond flour was something very new for us and I gotta tell you, we didn’t taste a difference. The combonation of the unsweetened cocoa powder and 4 oz semisweet baking chocolate were a great combination. Although, we didnt use coffee or walnuts. Ironically, during this recepi, we discovered that stevia is a small sweet plant and we had two small packs of Truvia (which is not stevia, it’s a name brand that is made with stevia-just wanted to clarify if there was any confusement), and viola! We had sugar and let me tell you, for adults-it taste like it was enough sugar! Then again, we are all different and transitioning in different levels. Meanwhile, the salt, baking powder, large eggs and vanilla with butter were familiar ingredients that we are learning to limit ourselves with. It is all about balance, keto readers. As I mentioned before, instead of using the walnuts I used coco sprinkles instead with added more sweetness to it. They are truly enjoyable, specially when you have done such great effort to continue eating healthy and balanced. Good luck!

    1. Good catch Taunks. Sometime the recipe manager we use in the site messes up. I’ll look into this and adjust (sorry this website is a hobby for me and my wife, sometimes it takes us time to fix errors but we really do appreciate the feedback)
