Jalapeno poppers are one of my favourite appetizers and guilty pleasures, but they were one of the things I had to give up for my keto diet because of the breading.
That’s one of the reasons why I love this recipe for keto jalapeno popper fat bombs so much. I can still enjoy the spicy, cheesy goodness of a popper without breaking my diet.

Ingredients
- 3 Oz cream cheese
- 3 Strips bacon
- 1 jalapeno Chopped
- 1/2 Tsp Parsley Dried
- 1/4 Tsp onion powder
- 1/4 Tsp garlic powder
- salt and pepper To taste

Instructions
- Fry three slices of bacon until it is very crisp. Set aside.
- Remove the jalapeno seeds and chop the pepper into small pieces.
- Mix together cream cheese, jalapeno pepper, parsley, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Crumble bacon and add to mixture.
- Roll into one inch balls, serve, and enjoy!
Recipe Notes
- For added heat, double the amount of jalapeno in the recipe.

I find the heat is in the membrane holding the seeds. I am going to try removing the seeds and reserving the membranes then chop both the membranes and jalapenos together. Then add the bacon grease to the mixture… Turn up the heat baby!!!!!

Delicious and easy! I cooked my bacon in the air fryer with the bacon. Perfect!
