Low Carb Keto Coconut Oil Candies

One incredible snack I have discovered while living keto is the coconut oil fat bomb. I know this doesn’t sound appealing -snacking on a small ball of fat. But they are very tasty and incredibly healthy.

Eating keto is all about making sure you have the proper balance in your meals. Strictly cutting carbs won’t help you get into ketosis because you’re not getting enough healthy fats.

The low carb, high fat diet has been amazing for us. There are so many benefits you’ll feel once to start to eliminate sugar and carbs from your diet. Since starting keto, we’ve eliminated our carb cravings, we have boosted energy, and an all around better mood.

Now we’ve discovered that fat bombs are an amazing way to stay on track with our low carb diet. Fat bombs are so quick and easy to make ahead of time plus they pack a punch of healthy fats you need to keep you feeling full all day.

We really enjoy these coconut oil fat bombs. Coconut oil has so many amazing health benefits for the body including speeding up your metabolism and helping you lose weight.

That’s right! Coconut oil can help you burn more calories and curb your cravings. That’s a pretty powerful snack.
